I can not believe it has been that long since I updated! I guess you can say I have been a facebook addict so that is why I haven't been updating here..It is just so darn easy to get on facebook and one sentence it..but since I checked in I should update. This weekend we head up to the Northfork for are favorite camp trip of the year. The Rowden's are going again this year (Woohoo) and my parents are suppose to make the trip as long as no unexpected back injurys take place like last year. I can't wait no phones, texting or computers!! My kids and husband can't make it without t.v. so we have to take the dvd player. I could live with the just the sound of the creek.(my favorite) I've still been making progress on my diet since Feb.19 I've lost a total of 32 pds. I would love to lose 18 more..This summer has been a little harder with camping and just being busier but as long as keep losing and not gaining I can't complain. The scrapbook store has moved across the street to a new cooler location..You will have to check it out--Way Cool! I can't wait for things to calm down so I can start hanging out there more again and get my "groove" back! There is my update for now-- Hopefully be back sooner then last time!

Four-Wheeler Weekend...
This weekend was the First of our Elk River Poker runs. It was a fun day with mud, snow, dust, friends and family. We saw a moose that was not scared of the 300 plus four-wheelers that went by him. Mom won 5th place, wooHoo! I saw a friend(Justin Goodwin) that I don't think I have seen since I graduation and we only had 1 wreck-- Gage rolled his raptor like 7 times down a hill climb, luckily he was smart enough to jump off and just let it go so he did get hurt, thank goodness. The raptor only ended up with a bent handle bar and broken light bracket. I'm so glad that was it...I wish I could say that he learned his lesson but he is our Gage so probably not! I love the four wheeling but the clean up is awful.. It took me and Gage half the day on Sunday to clean all 3 four-wheelers. Next time I'm thinking about going around the mud instead of through it....NOT!! Next weekend we have Caylie's dance recital on Friday night and then it's home all weekend with the chore list..grocery shoppin',camper cleaning, house cleaning, and flower planting. The highlight will be Rene' is coming to town so hopefully I'll be able to spend a little time with her cause' I sure miss her!! Until next week----ScrapHappy!!

Becky's Surprise...
Last weekend we had a all girls weekend for Becky's 35th birthday...We surprised her by waking her up at 5:30 and making her get ready in a hour and then we were on the road...8 girls in a Denali..First stop was Subway in New Meadow and then it was off to Horseshoe Bend for a little zip lining. Alot of fun and a little scary!! Then we had drinks and Mexican food and piled back in the Denali and it was off to McCall for the night. After we played beauty shop in the hotel we headed to the local bar "Forrester" and that is where we ended up for the night. A night filled with Ping Pong, Drinks,Pizza and Dancing.. The next day it was breakfast at the Pancake House and then home.. We all had such a good time as the saying goes "What happens in McCall stays in McCall!" For Mother's day we went out to the Casino for the breakfast buffet with my family and grandparents and aunts and uncles. Then we spent the day getting the 4-wheelers ready for this weekend. As you can imagine all this was not good on the diet..I gained about 4 pound but I would have to say it was worth it!! I will keep truckin' away though..I made it to the gym everyday this week except for Wednesday so I should be able to work it off pretty fast..That's whats been up, were off to the Elk River Poker run this weekend so I'll let you know how that goes......

This weekend should be nice and busy-- Gage working, Caylie has a birthday party to go to and I will be workin' in the yard and in the house on Saturday and Sunday Tami and I will be having are crop at the store..Have a good weekend and I'll check in later!

Chin Up!!
Yes--I am still here...Just trying to be a "good" mom to a teenager that can't seem to get the meaning of make good choices and don't lie..If anyone has any good advice I would love to here it! Never thought I have to "babysit" my own 16 year old more than the 6 sweet angels I watch during the day..Enough complaining!!
My diet has still been going great. Still going to the gym (actually signed up for another 6 months) still eating good ( have added a little more food). Started softball for the season and we won are first game (Ya!) If only the weather would cooperate.. Worked in the yard this weekend which always makes me feel good. Even planted some flowers and tomatoes. Just hope they live through this cold! There is a little update in to my life.. I'll keep you posted on my next weigh in which should be next week..until then "chin up"!

Welcome to my world...
I have a funny little story for you..If you have not heard or got the chance to witness my wonderful driving skills here is a first hand idea. Last night I was leaving Crop Paper Scissors heading to my nieces bridal shower with Caylie. I had a lot on my mind (that is my only excuse) at the time and was pulling out on the one way street in front of Hicks Furniture. With everything I was thinking about I choose to take a right on the one way... I drove down the road for about 5 seconds until I realized that all the cars were coming right at me and that I was driving the wrong way down the one way road! With know where to pull over because of sidewalks all I could do was keep driving until the next road( which was a one way) that I could pull in too. Needless to say the lady in the Honda that I was driving right towards was not very happy maybe she is blogging about the crazy driver in the Acura that almost took her out on main street. Caylie keep saying the cops where going to come get us and I told her that was why we were trying to get to the church (where the shower was) and hide out as soon as possible. I'm sure they were looking for a drunk driver and not a mom havin' punch at a church....Welcome to my world!!
